Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using accessoriesbazaar.pk and placing an order through it, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud) and will inform you and refund any amount already paid.

Product images are for illustration; slight variations in colour or packaging from the manufacturer may occur.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, debit/credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Title of goods passes to you when we receive full payment.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan via courier partners. Delivery estimates are approximate and start from the dispatch date, not the order date. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your address or to the person you nominated.

Returns & Warranties

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties apply as stated on the product page; see the Refund Policy for how to make a claim.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website — for example by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using automated tools to reserve or purchase stock. Accounts created at checkout are for your personal use, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, product photography, design and code — is owned by or licensed to Accessories Bazaar and may not be reproduced without written permission. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version applies from the date it is posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
